Quotes and Payments
Quotes are based on available project information. Deposits, payment schedules, recurring fees, and additional charges will be communicated before work begins. Customers agree to pay invoices according to the stated terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, and materials they have permission to use. Delays in content or approvals may affect delivery dates.
Ownership and Third-Party Services
Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, hosting, and domain services remain subject to their own licenses and fees. Unless included in writing, third-party costs are the client's responsibility.
Performance and Acceptable Use
Cancellations and Liability
Cancellation terms, deposits, and refunds are governed by the applicable written agreement and law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
